Transitions are rough for ADHD. Back to School season brings a mountain of new details to absorb, way too many forms to keep track of, and deadlines swarming like flies. So I created a BTS preparedness list for the craziness to create calm in September. That means that we can use our BTS energy to tackle the unpredictable that inevitably comes with a new school year.
