Do you wish there was a way to feel like you're not behind in life every day?

I know what it feels like to run around all day like a headless chicken, stressed because you're late for everything. You know you need a plan, but never have time to make one.

When you finally sit down after the kids are in bed, you think about how you didn't get anything done and managed to forget your best friend’s birthday. Somehow your to-do list is longer than when you started out this morning.

Instead of doing what you wanted to do (or needed to do,) you dealt with 6 fires, 3 surprises, one emergency, and got side-tracked reorganizing your pantry. Now you’re exhausted, but feel like you should stay up late to do a few more things on your list since you feel guilty about wasting the morning doom-scrolling.

So you stay up until 1:30 AM, only to drag yourself to the coffee pot tomorrow morning and do it all again.

You're exhausted, frustrated, and frazzled.

YOU SEE, IT’S NOT YOUR FAULT.

When you learned how to plan as a child, you most likely learned from non-ADHD people. And it didn’t stick. Or it was confusing. Or it flat-out didn’t work.

How are you supposed to feel present in the everyday moments when you’re overwhelmed by your own mind?

There are too many of us struggling with our ADHD, wishing there was an answer on how to get it all together without losing our sparkle because of confining structure.

IMAGINE THIS:

  • You showed up for your therapy appointment ON TIME

  • You knew what dinner was going to be before 5 PM

  • You paid the phone bill you’d promised your partner you’d do weeks ago

  • You bought your mom’s (thoughtful) birthday gift ahead of time, and

  • You made time to do something just for you

I mean… If you did even one of those things today, you'd be thrilled, right?

IT'S NOT A FAIRYTALE, MAMA.

There are other moms with ADHD getting their days together and you can, too.

We meet every Wednesday for Successful Mama Meetups, where you’ll be productive and hang out with moms who get you. So you don’t have to feel like you're climbing this mountain alone.

In our weekly meetup of ADHD mama minds, you’ll

  • Plan your upcoming week or month so you’re not surprised by what’s coming up

  • Get crystal clear inspiration from Patricia with simple steps so you’re not spinning in circles or wasting time figuring out what to do

  • Hang out with other moms who understand how you think and build your village so you feel supported in how you think and live differently

No matter if you stay at home, work from home, work out of the home, or have a traditional 9-5, you will benefit from lowering your stress with a rough plan for what’s going on in your life. Your time-blind ADHD brain does not know what is coming up all by itself. It’s on you to tell it what’s going on. Then you feel in control of your day, not like the day is running you.

WE WILL GET OFF TRACK - IT’S PART OF HAVING ADHD.

But now you have a village to support you and help you get back on track when you are struggling.

Come on. I’ll see you at our next meetup. Sign up now before you forget.

These meetups will help you be the mom and human you want to be.

Bring the “not now” into the “now” with proactive planning with your community of ADHD Moms.

What ADHD mamas are saying about our weekly meetups:

You don’t have to do this alone, mama.

Our community of ADHD Moms meets every week. A zoom room full of mamas who think and feel similarly to you is like balm for the soul.

Successful Mama Meetups offers:

  • Weekly meetings to proactively plan your week or month

  • A clear plan with simple, actionable steps to get started quickly

  • Social time is included so you want to come to the meetings to see your new (soon-to-be) friends

  • A support system of ADHD Moms who understand the way you think

  • Text and/or email reminders of the meetings so you’re less likely to forget to show up

  • Monthly themes to (loosely) guide our group discussions:

    • March - Can I Send This Kid Back? (Support for Parenting WITH ADHD)

    • April - Why Is This So Hard? (Supporting Your Child When Parenting WITH ADHD)

    • May - I Love You But I Don't Like You (Supporting Relationships when ADHD is involved)

    • Meetups run on a rolling monthly calendar, so you can join anytime and your month goes for 30 days starting on the day you joined (so if you join during the last week of the month, you won’t have “missed out” on what happened earlier in the month)

  • An exclusive Slack community to connect or meet with mamas outside of our regularly scheduled meetings

  • Free group ADHD coaching once a month

  • Practical strategies on how to make ADHD life easier with exclusive teaching & group discussions available to watch, read or listen on the Successful Mama Meetups Private Podcast

  • Our Weekly Meetups take place on Zoom twice every Wednesday from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM Central (9:30 AM Pacific, 10:30 AM Mountain, 12:30 PM Eastern, and 5:30 PM London) or Wednesdays at 8:00 PM Central (3 PM Hawaii, 6 PM Pacific, 7 PM Mountain, 9 PM Eastern which is Thursdays at 9 AM Hong Kong, 11 AM Sydney), with a replay of the planning portion included.

    • For mamas in Asia and Australia or who would like an evening option in the US, please add yourself to the waitlist here.

What this meetup is NOT: It’s not a class, nor private ADHD coaching. In-depth information on how to use a planner is covered in Daily Planning for ADHD Moms, which you can bundle with this meetup for a sweet deal at checkout. For individualized one-on-one support, please see the coaching tab above.

Meetups happen each week, so let’s go!

This is also about your family, mama.

Your ADHD affects everyone in the family. And when you are calm, cool, and collected, you can share that peace, reliability, and security with your family.

When your ADHD affects your family in a negative way, that’s really hard on your self-esteem. I want to help you change that internal narration to one of confidence and joy.

I’m Patricia Sung.

I’m sharing with you what has worked for me, and hundreds of other ADHD brains, to bring confidence and joy into how you run your day. As a certified teacher, I have years of experience with thousands of different brains. I can show you how to create a daily routine that makes your life easier, simpler, happier, and less stressed.

How do I know this?

Because I taught ... (gasp!) ... Middle School!

And if I can get 12-year-old ADHD brains to keep up with their planners, I can help you do it, too.  You, successful mama, are not a lost cause! I’m sure of it.

I'm not here just talking the talk; I walk the walk. For the last 11 years, I've moved between being a stay-at-home, a working mom, a work-from-home mom, and a Mompreneur.

When I had kids is when the crap really hit the fan. I needed help and I needed it yesterday. Yet I was frustrated that no matter how many productivity gurus I listened to, I couldn’t get their systems to work.

So I did what ADHD brains do…

I came up with my own system that worked for me. Then I taught a few friends, then some more moms. The flexible structure that I created, not only worked for me but many other ADHD Moms, as well.

No matter what stage of life you're in, steady planning will help you create the framework you want and need for your day to run smoothly and friendship will light up your life

There is help out here to guide you and get you on your feet when you're worn out and lost.

Our ADHD affects every single area of our lives. When we treat our ADHD well, we see the benefits in every area - our home, family, work, spouse, friendships, and our little ones. The grace and forgiveness we learn to extend to ourselves shows up in all of our other relationships as well.

Let's figure out how you can live well WITH your ADHD, not in spite of it.

Investment:

You can get your life in order with Successful Mama Meetups for $33 a month or an annual plan of $297 per year which like getting three months for free!

Support + accountability that continues year-round? Priceless.

We’re rewriting your shame story into a success story. You are worthy of this, my dear.

You matter. You are valuable.

Frequently Asked Questions:

I’ve got A’s for your Q’s…

  • A: All are welcome, mama! We are happy to have anyone who is a mom, and suspects/knows/is confused about their ADHD. Many of the moms in our group do not have an official diagnosis. There are mamas who are in their 20s through their 70s.

My system was created to fit both ADHD and the overwhelmingly heavy load moms carry.

Joining this group of mamas who have brains like yours - and understand how much is on your plate - is mind-blowingly comforting, and the mamas are so kind and open with their lived experiences.

Plus what you practice in meetups, you can turn around and teach to your kids who have ADHD as well.

Because a healthy, thriving mom has the capacity to lead a healthy, thriving family.

  • A: While we love to see your face, no need to stress. Life happens. You can watch at your leisure, as all of our meetups are recorded. (The planning part, not the social part.) I recommend scheduling this time into your day later in the week to watch the replay.

If you will not make any of the live meetings ever, for example, you are in another time zone and would be asleep, I’d recommend putting yourself on the waitlist here for an alternate time option, so you will also have a community to support you.

  • A: I tried a whole bunch of ways that failed, too, so I get that worry. Hindsight is 20/20: Now I know that all those ways taught me what does not work for my brain.

I've sifted through aaaaaaall that expert info and giving you a meetup that includes only the good stuff…the stuff that makes sense for moms and for ADHD. You aren't starting front scratch with me here.

I've handcrafted and am giving you a system that fits ADHD brains. Because when you use something that was handcrafted by ADHD for ADHD, it fits like a glove!

  • A: I created everything to be ADHD friendly: clear directions, actionable plans, high motivation, a friendly community, plenty of reminders, and steady help!

Plus, the community! Honestly, even if you don’t do a dang thing but finally understand that you're not broken because there are tons of us out here just like you, I'd consider that a worthy investment.

Actually getting your life together in the process, is fabulous.

  • A: Straight up: How can you afford not to? What is the cost of pissing off your spouse again? Or yelling at your kids at bedtime every night this week because you’re stressed? Or feeling like a crap human for another 3 months when you could have been changing how you feel about yourself?

We often doubt ourselves because we have wasted money in the past on things we didn't use or it wasn't a right fit. I get it. It's scary. I have zero doubts that you're going to come out of this class an improved mama.

Honestly, what would I have paid to have someone hand this to me instead of having to figure it all out myself? A bazillion dollars.

Because living with proactive planning gives my kids a better mom. Less hassle, less heartache, less frustration… Worth eleventy five billion dollars!

Practically speaking: I put my money where my mouth is. I have no doubt that you’ll come out a better person, mom, and partner with these meetings. Should you realize that it's not a good fit for you, all you have to do is email me at hello@ patriciasung.com within 7 days of your purchase and ask for a refund. I’ll refund your money within 2-5 business days.

And yes, sometimes we don't have funds for something. I get it. If you would like to be in the meetup soon, get creative! Use that awesome brain of yours to problem-solve and save up for the program. You’ll figure out how to save up the money for what matters most to you — your happiness. Your family. Your relationships.

And let’s be honest here: when you have a handle on your day, you will save yourself a ton of money. You’ll save on late fees, the food you bought but never made, missed appointment fees, last-minute expensive purchases and duplicates of what you already have, etc. I’d bet these meetups will save you what you spend on “ADHD Taxes” before the month is up.

  • A: The meetups are an hour long.

The first half is individual quiet work time, and the second half is social (half)hour.

When you sign up, you join either for a year or month-to-month.

Your meetup membership continues to renew monthly or annually until you cancel. You can log in to your account here and cancel anytime before your next payment is processed. Your subscription continues for 30 days or 365 days, depending on the payment plan you chose (monthly or annually).

Meetups run on a rolling monthly calendar, so you can join anytime! Your month lasts for 30 days starting on the day you joined, which means if you join during the last week of the month, you won’t have “missed out” on what happened earlier in the month.

Payments will not be refunded after the initial 7-day trial period. Should you cancel your payment after the next payment has been processed, your membership continues until the end of your next month or year.

  • A: At the start of our meetings, Patricia will share a clear, actionable plan to get you started planning your week or month, followed by individual work time and social time.

Once a month, Patricia guides a group discussion around the monthly theme.

No other classes or coaching are included.

Should you want more information via courses or individualized attention through coaching, you can sign up by clicking the hyperlinks.

  • A: Good news & Bad news: Your life keeps on moving, which means there is always something to prepare for. If you miss a week (or 5,) there is always another “next week” coming… so jump back in - you’ll lower your stress and feel better.

One of the things we talked about in episode 169: How to Follow Through When You Forget About Your Goal: Goal Setting with ADHD is how to channel your motivation. Take a listen because once you know what that motivation is for YOU, you'll be far more motivated to stick with your plan.

When we identify that special sauce, we can fall back on our motivation when we start to wander off.

    Because we'll always wander off.

The good thing is once you know the plan, it's a whole lot easier to get back on track. We can't get back on track if we've never been on track in the first place, amirite!?!

Plus you have the meetup mamas in your year-round support system to lean on whenever you want a pick-me-up :)

MY PROMISE TO YOU
